Professor Ghassan Alusi PhD FRCS (ORL-HNS) - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Ghassan is the founding partner and CEO of PsiVac Ltd.
Ghassan is a consultant ENT, Head and Neck surgeon specialising in Head and Neck malignancy at Barts Health as well as an honorary consultant surgeon at University College Hospital. He has setup the Head and Neck Academic Centre with Prof. Mark McGurk, where he holds an academic position of Honorary Professor. He is also Honorary Professor at at the William Harvey Institute, Queen Mary’s where he co-supervises 2 PhD fellows currently. Prior to this, he co-supervised 12 PhDs, including 9 in the field of oncolytic viruses. This work has produced many peer reviewed publications.
